I recently did an in-depth market research study of the Rosarito Beach area, which gives me the knowledge and foundation to know the values of the property in this area, which the majority of local agents do not have.
My 8 years of local real estate experience combined with the knowledge I have gained from my in-depth market analysis will allow me to properly evaluate the true value of any property on the market.
